In 2009 AM Legal Compensation Lawyers succeeded in demonstrating, on appeal to a Presidential Member of the Workers Compensation Commission of NSW, that an injured client was “deemed” to be a worker under the Workers Compensation legislation. He now has substantial entitlements under the workers compensation legislation.
